The Tamil political drama brought in an India net collection of Rs 65 lakhs from 1,990 shows on Tuesday. Its total India net collection has now reached Rs 193.70 Cr. The film’s cumulative India gross collection stands at Rs 225.63 Cr.The film has accumulated Rs 93.20 Cr in overseas gross collections. This takes its worldwide gross collection to Rs 318.83 Cr.
‘Jana Nayagan’ Day 20 occupancy
The Tamil version of ‘Jana Nayagan’ recorded an overall occupancy of 15.46% across its 2D shows on Day 20. Morning shows registered 11.08% occupancy. Afternoon shows recorded 15.46%. Evening and night shows registered 13.54% and 14.15%, respectively.The Hindi version recorded an overall occupancy of 14.96%. Its morning shows had 4% occupancy, while the afternoon shows recorded 9%. Evening occupancy stood at 6.45%. Tamil Nadu remained the biggest contributor to ‘Jana Nayagan’s Day 20 earnings. The state generated a gross collection of Rs 60 lakhs. Karnataka contributed Rs 3 lakhs, while Kerala added Rs 1 lakh.The rest of India accounted for Rs 10 lakhs in gross collections. The reported state-wise gross total for the day stood at Rs 74 lakhs.
